Aragon, an open-source framework for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), is making its Aragon App and Aragon OSx protocol available on Coinbase's Base developer network. Base is Coinbase's Layer-2 network on Ethereum, which aims to become more decentralized over time. Aragon's tools on Base will enable users to create and manage DAOs without needing specialized developer skills. Anthony Leutenegger, Aragon's head of growth, highlighted that these tools will reduce the barriers to entry and management of DAOs, aligning with the high potential of the ecosystem. Despite facing challenges in its decentralization plans, Aragon remains dedicated to product development. It has already assisted in launching over 1,500 DAOs in the past two months.
