GoSleep uses a sleep-to-earn model whereby users participate in improving their sleep patterns for rewards. They then receive scores based on the quality of their sleep and accomplishment of their goal.

Acquiring a virtual bedroom NFT is a player's entrance into the GoSleep virtual sleeping world. These NFTs can be personalized to match one's preferences and style. The NFT is also a gateway to earning rewards for sleeping, including discounts on items and services. 

Not only do GoSleep NFTs have an element of beauty, but they can also be merged with material NFTs, such as pillows and furnishings. 

GoSleep NFTs come in different rarities and levels. The rarities are as follows, ranked from lowest to highest: Free, Common, Rare, Epic and Myth. These rarities are then divided into several levels. After maxing out the level of the current rarity, you can upgrade to the next rarity for a sense of progression, exclusivity and better rewards in the future.

Once you’ve received your NFT, GoSleep will guide you as you identify your current sleeping situation, and provide you with data on how to improve it. You’ll need to set up your sleep goals. 

From there, GoSleep will track various parameters, such as sleep duration, number of awakenings and sleep efficiency, among others, and award you a sleep score. 

Once you achieve your goals, you can share your sleep records on social media, which is part of the social gaming-driven system of the app.

GoSleep has adopted a dual-token system comprising ZZZ and NGT. 

ZZZ is distributed as a reward for users who accomplish sleep goals and group activities. The token can be used for upgrading and merging NFTs,
